Whilst becoming a Mum is a wonderful time in your life it can sometimes be hard to get back into shape and shed those extra kilo’s you gained during your pregnancy. Our Mum’s & Bubs Fitness workout will not only help you shed those extra kilos but also helps you connect with other new Mums as well. Working with others in an encouraging environment to achieve your goals has a very positive effect on both your self esteem and your overall well being. Our 45 minute Baby and toddler Friendly Classes provide a comprehensive workout with resistance exercises that keep you motivated & feeling great about yourself! Bringing those tummy muscles back in line is a prime focus of our postnatal exercise program along with flexibility exercises to keep you moving correctly. As a Mum you will be doing lots of lifting, bending and stretching as part of your daily routine with your child. Our functional strength training will help you manage these tasks and protect your body from injury.

– focusing on toning and sculpting the entire body using body weight and equipment
