Fit Bodiez Boot Camps are a FUN and innovative way to get fit. All Fit Bodiez Boot Camps are designed to cater for all fitness levels, despite being in a group environment, programs are designed so each individual is working to their MAXIMUM capacity.
Fit Bodiez Boot Camps mix traditional callisthenic, boxing and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training mixed with fun!
Duration is 45 Minute sessions.
